Hello, my name is Sophia Lowe and I am currently a Fashion Design student within DAAP at The University of Cincinnati. I have begun searching for a co-op position during the Summer 2025 semester. My passions include fashion, design, costuming, sublimation printing, sewing, and business.
During the pandemic, I discovered the art of sublimation printing. I learned how to convert a regular printer to be used for sublimation and began to realize which types of fabric worked with the process to produce the best outcome. I created designs and started selling sweatshirts and other apparel to friends and family. That evolved into creating my own brand with my cousin called “The After Party”. We marketed via social media and sold a variety of products to customers across the country. The brand also retained commercial clients including Indigo Design, Mind Art Core Pilates, My Home Pros, Purdue's Kappa Alpha Theta, and Sol Pop Pilates.
